Kualifikasi :
- Diploma or higher degree from a reputable university
- At least 1-year experience as a Trainer within the Operations area
- Used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in mentoring (Softskill)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driven and motivated
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Attractive Personality
Jobdesk :
- Develop curriculum to support classroom training and regular refreshment training
- Conduct timely constructive feedback and counseling of the trainees
- Design and evaluate training material for technical/soft skills training
- Arrange and deliver operation training, both for new hire and existing customer services
- Responsible for the training administration and report
