Responsibilities:
- Devise and design the digital product of a diverse array of projects:
- Ability to craft a product & program vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete marketing strategy: forecasting, planning, execution and budgeting
- Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
- Understand how to create business flow for digital product (mobile apps, website ecommerce, and others digital products)
- Analyze engagement & retention funnel to looking for maximum impact on DAU (daily active users)
- Understand RFM Segmentation and able to translate segmentation into digital product and targeted digital marketing programs
- Setup/Implement and monitor lifecycle journey automation programs and tactical campaigns via outbound channels (Email, Push Notification, & WhatsApp/SMS) and inbound channels (Card, Inbox, & In-App Notification) through CRM tool
- Develop communication templates (email, in-app, or app push) for consistency and effectiveness in accordance with brand guidelines and best practices
- Develop weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all products, programs and campaigns are fully monitored and evaluate all performance to ensure constant product/program/campaign iteration and improvements (make recommendations
- Prioritize and maintain a list of work to be done and its order of priority
Requirements:
- Familiar of Marketing Programmatic Tools (Moengage/Clevertap/Insider/AppFlyer or other CRM and Attribution Tools)
- Familiar with Google Analytic & Google Play Console
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and product management skills (demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations)
- Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
- Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
- Strong business acumen and ability to generate insights independently
